    Yeah, it is irritating. However, since 3.7 (I think), there is the preference setting 'Refresh on access' in the General/Workspace page of the workspace preferences. Off by default, but solves the issue quite well.

    Auto-refresh's interval must be 10 minutes or st, everytime I use auto-refresh I find myself still doing F5's :S

    Could be worse. If you hit F5 in Visual Studio, depending on what's got focus, it tends to spend ages compiling then running the thing!
