Why is project structure linked with the filesystem!? I want a project directory structure that differs from how I have the files organized! You don't know what's best, you POS.

Ok, I click on the project I want to open in the package explorer, and where are all my project files? File->Open->Navigate to required folder->select all the left out files->sigh
